  • (Day 40 - Oct. 30) After picking and carving their own pumpkins, first graders bake homemade muffins for Wellspring families.
  • (Day 39 - Oct. 29) Fourth graders learn how clouds are formed by conducting a science experiment involving pressure and moisture.
  • (Day 38 - Oct. 28) In their outdoor classroom space, second graders build a coop for the Brookwood chickens.

  • (Day 13 - Sept. 19) - Brookwood families enjoy food, festivities and fun on the courtyard at the All School Picnic.
  • (Day 12 - Sept. 18) - Outfitted in Red Sox gear, students entertain the School Meeting crowd with a delightful rendition of "Take Me out to the Ballgame."
  • (Day 11 - Sept. 17) Seventh grade science class at West Beach today, beginning monthly observations of beach changes over the year and to deepen their understanding of the New England Intertidal Zone.
  • (Day 10 - Sept. 16) George Moniz, part of Brookwood's founding team in 1956, and for whom the former dining room and now servery is named, gets a first look at the beautiful new facility.
  • (Day 9 - Sept. 15) Second graders brainstorm writing ideas with their teacher Mrs. Koretz.
  • (Day 8 - Sept. 12) Boots on their feet and nets in their hands! Kindergartners explore the Cutler Pond as part of the outdoor classroom curriculum.
  • (Day 7 - Sept. 11) Students join the Veronica Robles Mariachi Quartet to the delight of the School Meeting crowd.
