A Princeton University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Sarah brings five years of science teaching experience to Brookwood in addition to the semester she spent teaching Grade 8 math at Brookwood as a maternity leave substitute. Sarah taught at Brooks School in North Andover, where she also served as an advisor and dorm parent and built the afternoon yoga and mindfulness training program. Prior to Brooks, she worked at Heritage Academy in Hilton Head, South Carolina. In addition to her classroom work, Sarah is a certified yoga instructor, teaching classes and workshops for six years at local studios. Previously, Sarah served as Vice President of Cornerstone Reputation, a start-up company working with students on online reputation management and how to protect themselves online. Her background also includes financial consultancy work with a boutique firm in New York City. In her free time, Sarah loves being outside, playing sports, music, good jokes, and traveling. You may find her on her standup paddle board, especially with her lovable pup on board.
