AM DAY CAMP
9:00 a.m. - NOON
For morning sessions, we’ll be offering a high-quality Day Camp program.
We’ll start our day with an Opening Meeting. Then, groups will circulate through structured activities such as: visual arts, performing arts, sports, music, and STEM. Many of these activities will be facilitated by our talented Brookwood faculty!
This program will have a built-in lunch block. Families are welcome to order lunch through Relish Catering or may send a bagged lunch each day.

PM DAY CAMP
NOON - 3:00 p.m.
We will begin the afternoon program at our PM Opening Meeting where we will build community through group games, activities and challenges. Then groups will circulate through activities such as: water play/turf time, playground, and group time for games, crafts, or other activities.
Each session, our afternoon Day Camp will include a different all camp event that aligns with our camp theme, such as last year’s birthday party for Pip, our beloved heron mascot. This year we are adding in the Heron Olympics and special guests and performances to our PM Day Camp programming.
Afternoon camp options will include a camp-provided snack.

CIT Leadership Training Camp
Sessions 1 - 3
June 16 - 20, June 23 - 27, July 7 - 11
9:00 a.m. - Noon
Campers entering 6th - 9th grade may register for the CIT 3-Week Leadership Training Camp from 9-noon. CITs will have opportunities to bond while engaging in leadership/job training and challenges. As part of this program, all CIT’s will receive 6 hours of Safe Sitter training which includes CPR and first aid instruction. This program ends at noon. CIT campers who would like to stay past noon may register for PM Day Camp or a Specialty Camp.
After CIT campers complete the 3 week training program, they are welcome to put their skills into action and register as CIT Helpers during Week 4-6 AM and/or PM Day Camp. CIT’s will work with our counselors to support younger campers in the AM and PM Day Camp programs. They will model positive participation, healthy conflict resolution and inclusive behaviors for our campers.

Field Trip Camp
Students entering 6th - 9th grade may register for field trip camp. Each day campers will head to a new location to create memories, strengthen friendships and have a blast together!
Lunch is included on some trips. A schedule of which days campers should pack a lunch or bring money to purchase a lunch will be shared with registered families.
Arrival: 9:00 a.m.
Buses will depart at different times based on the location of the field tip each day. Field Trip Campers will participate in the morning meeting when buses can have a later departure time. Exact departure and return times will be shared with families before camp begins.
Please note trip locations are subject to change based on availability.
Pick-Up: Field Trip Campers will return to Brookwood by 3 pm on most days. There may be a trip that requires a later return time.

Specialty Camps
Noon - 3:00 p.m.
These are half-day programs specifically focused in one area, on one topic, or on one theme, such as technology, art, or sports. Specialty Camps will be facilitated by our talented Brookwood faculty as well as by small, local businesses, many of whom we partner with on a regular basis through school year enrichments and previous camp programs.
All Specialty Camps will include a camp-provided snack.
