Spring Parent/Teacher Conference Sign-Ups Open Soon

• Spring Conferences are Thursday, April 10 & Friday, April 11, 2025. 
• Registration opens next week through the Veracross Parent Portal.
• Deadline: Tuesday, April 8 at noon – selections will be locked after this time.
• Upper School (Grades 5–8): Conferences will be Student-Led (SLCs)—students should attend with parents.
• Tech Tip: Use a desktop or laptop for best sign-up experience.
• No email confirmation—please note your conference time in your calendar.

Spring 2025 Auxiliary Programming for Conference Days

• Thursday, April 10 - Half-Day (12:00 – 4:00 p.m.)
• Lower School Enrichment (Grades EC - 4) 
  • Activities with Cape Ann Art Haven ($65, pre-registration required).
• Upper School Enrichment (Grades 5–8):
  • Taste Buds Kitchen: Cooking class & dinner prep ($85).
  • Video Game Design: Create your own game ($85).
• Extended Care Options:
  • 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Movie Program ($10, waived for regular After School students)
  • Drop-in library supervision during conferences (free, no pre-registration required)

• Friday, April 11 – No School
  • Drop-in Service 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Supervised activities in the library during conferences (free, no pre-registration required).
