Welcome New Employee to the Business Office! 
Brookwood is pleased to announce Ewa Koza will be joining the Business Office as Accounting Manager on Monday, February 3.
Ewa comes to Brookwood with more than 12 years of accounting experience. In her most recent role as Senior Accountant / Compliance Analyst, she worked closely with the Corporate Controller / Chief Compliance Officer on complete, back-office administration, and compliance requirements for a dynamic and entrepreneurial private equity firm – Fairview Capital Partners Inc. of West Hartford. Prior to Fairview, Ewa worked for Crowe Horwath LLP of Simsbury, CT, a public accounting firm, where she conducted financial audits of healthcare clients, insurance clients, non-profits, and employee benefit plans. Ewa earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Central Connecticut State University and holds a CPA certification issued by the State of Connecticut. In her free time, Ewa enjoys spending time with her husband John, 3-year-old daughter Maya, their dog Jasper, as well as other family and friends. Ewa was born and raised in Poland and is a native speaker. She had close family members living in the North Shore area and therefore decided to emigrate to the United States to join them in September of 2000. Ewa is excited to join the Brookwood family and get to know the members of the entire community.
